Randy is a Founding Partner of Redwood Global and provides leadership into client development strategies and delivering technology innovations to further Redwood’s business objectives. Since his entry into the staffing industry in 1997, Randy has built a reputation for results through hard work and forging deep client relationships at both the enterprise and small-cap level.
Randy holds an honors degree in Commerce from York University.
As a Founding Partner of Redwood Global, Ryan provides leadership into the growth and training of internal delivery teams, and expanding the business into new markets and verticals.
Results-oriented and client focused, Ryan began his career in the staffing industry in 1998 and has consistently been a top producer over the course of his career. He has successfully placed more than 1,000 professional resources with many of Canada’s top companies, winning multiple awards for his achievements in the process.
Ryan holds a Degree in Journalism from Ryerson University.
Ian has worked in the staffing industry since 1995 and has gained extensive experience in recruitment, management and operational positions prior to joining Redwood Global.
Ian is responsible for overseeing the Account Management and Recruitment teams and also assists with the development of the strategic direction for the company.
Ian holds a degree from Queen’s University complemented by a practical diploma in Business Administration from Sir Sanford Fleming College.
Caleb has been delivering exceptional results since launching his career in the staffing industry in 2007. His success can be attributed to his ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, coupled with his extensive knowledge of several verticals, including financial services, government, media, insurance and telecommunications.
Caleb is responsible for managing our business development strategy and operations in Eastern Canada.
Caleb holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours, from the University of Ottawa.
