Role and Responsibilities:Reporting to the Director of Canadian Operations, responsibilities will include the following: Source, evaluate, and engage potential IT candidates utilizing internal database, cold calls, job boards, social networking, etc. Interview prospective IT candidates via phone/in person to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent to submit to current and future client base.
Skills Required Post secondary education. Proven track record of sales performance, ideally within the IT or staffing industry. Entrepreneurial mindset. Personable, outgoing, able to proactively meet, attract and work with senior level stakeholders. Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented.Why join Redwood?
